Good Tools Shouldn't Cost the Earth
We run plenty of WordPress sites ourselves. And on almost every project, the same story: a completely ordinary feature, a clean redirect, a membership area, an ad block, sits behind a Pro paywall or costs a monthly SaaS fee.
On its own, that seems harmless. But multiply it across several sites and several plugins, and you're paying a small fortune every month for things that should really be standard. For features everyone needs but almost nobody gets fairly.
At some point it was clear: we could do this better. So we built the tools we wished existed ourselves, open, complete, and without any fine print. No "free, but the good stuff costs extra." Instead, everything included from day one, under GPLv2.
That's our challenge to overpriced plugin subscriptions: open-source solutions that go head-to-head with the expensive market leaders, built from real practice, for real practice.
