Thought from the goal, not from an empty field

A purpose, sensible fields, a privacy text and a confirmation email – all already there. And every request lands sorted in your inbox.

Purpose templates instead of an empty toolkit

Contact, consultation, enquiry, newsletter, download, callback, quote or event: you pick a goal and Leadlotse brings matching fields, a privacy text and a confirmation email along.

Form builder with live preview

Fields, preview and settings at a glance. You see how your form looks while you build it – no coding required.

Tidy requests inbox

All requests right in WordPress, with status (New, In progress, Done), search and filter. No mailbox where requests get lost. CSV export included.

Hans, the pilot, keeps watch

If requests wait too long for a reply, Hans speaks up. So nothing is left lying around just because daily life got in the way.

Event sign-ups with a ticket

After the double opt-in the person gets a ticket email with a QR code. Check-in by scan, a capacity limit with sold out, an Excel export of the attendee list – all on your server.

Conditional fields & field types

Show a field only when another has a certain value. Plus field types like number with minimum and maximum for clean input.

Double opt-in & privacy

Consent with proof, data minimization, double opt-in for newsletters and wiring into WordPress data export and erasure. Privacy from day one.

Spam protection without a captcha

Honeypot, time trap and rate limiting keep bots out, without any external captcha. If Wellenbrecher is active, forms additionally run through its score engine.

WhatsApp & fill-in helper

WhatsApp contact as an alternative (click-to-chat with a notice) and the Continue with Google/Apple fill-in helper to pre-fill with a confirmed email address, without a WordPress login.

Purpose templates

Eight goals, each ready to go

Instead of starting from scratch, you pick your form's goal. Every template is available in German and English and brings sensible fields from the start.

  • Contact and callback for a quick line
  • Consultation and enquiry for service providers
  • Quote for concrete project requests
  • Newsletter with double opt-in and proof
  • Download as a lead magnet with a confirmed address
  • Event with ticket, QR check-in and capacity limit

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Leadlotse send data to external services?

No. Leadlotse processes requests on your own server. For email it uses your WordPress installation's delivery path. The QR code for event tickets is also generated locally, with no external service.

Can Leadlotse be used GDPR-compliantly?

Leadlotse brings the tools: consent with proof, data minimization, double opt-in for newsletters and wiring into WordPress data export and erasure. The legal wording, for example your privacy policy, is up to you.

Do I need coding skills?

No. You pick a purpose, adjust the fields and embed the form via the Leadlotse Form block or the shortcode on a page.

Does the form work without JavaScript?

Yes. The form submits correctly without JavaScript too, because it falls back to a classic submission if needed.

How do the event sign-ups work?

You set title, date, location and capacity per form. After the double opt-in the registered person receives a ticket email linking to a printable ticket page including a QR code. Authorized people check in by scan, and the attendee list can be exported as Excel-friendly CSV. When capacity is reached, the form shows sold out.

Is Leadlotse free?

Yes. Leadlotse is open source under GPLv2 and works on its own. As part of the hafenstudios fleet it works together with other plugins once they are active, such as Wellenbrecher's spam protection or the Kurato CRM.
